New on 500px : __Afternoon Mist__ by Thia_Acorn by Thia_Acorn

It’s been unseasonably warm on the southeast coast of the U.S. Yesterday afternoon visibility faded and fog settled in. We were on the way home but decided to go to the park. I had hoped that the fog had settled on the lake. To say that it was beautiful would be an understatement. There is so much unique beauty in nature. It’s not only the sunrises, sunsets or cloud filled blue skies that are beautiful. The absence of color, sky, and sun provided a serene beauty. It seemed almost surreal walking through the fog. via Tumblr http://ift.tt/1YKo8lO

New on 500px : Eve of the Hallowed Nights by Rybirdmusic by Rybirdmusic

Deep was this woman, and she hid infinity in her nook. She didn’t just live in the dark, she was the darkness. Making clouds that choked the sun with the steam from her breath, she never needed to tempt more than once. And the owls cried.
